This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we'll get to know each other and explore how coaching might help you.

During the call, we'll:

  • Talk about what's bringing you to coaching
  • Discuss your goals and what you want to change
  • Explore how my approach might work for you
  • Answer any questions you have
  • Decide together if it's a good fit

After Booking

You'll receive a confirmation email with the video call link. Before our call, think about:

  • What challenges are you facing right now?
  • What would you like to be different?
  • What have you already tried?

Questions About Booking

It's a relaxed conversation where we discuss your challenges, goals, and how coaching might help. There's no pressure to commit - it's about seeing if we're a good fit to work together.

All sessions are via Zoom video call. Regular coaching sessions are 50 minutes. I'll send you the link before each session. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection.

I understand life with ADHD can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible, and we'll find a new time that works. For emergencies, just let me know.

No formal diagnosis is required. If you identify with ADHD experiences and feel coaching could help, that's enough to start. Many clients are self-diagnosed or awaiting assessment.
